Pricing questions
What counts as a minute?
Every minute the receptionist is on a call, rounded the way our voice provider bills it. A typical booking call takes two to three minutes, which is why each plan lists an approximate number of calls next to its minutes.
What if I go over my minutes?
Calls keep being answered. Extra minutes are 25 cents each. If that happens two months running, we'll suggest the next plan up, which is usually cheaper for you.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on Starter or Growth. Pro and Scale have a one-time $199 setup fee, because they include several numbers, locations or scripts.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial and no card is needed. We build your receptionist, you forward your calls and see the results. If you keep it, billing starts after day 7. If not, turn off call forwarding and nothing is charged.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down, any month. If your business is seasonal, you can move up a plan for the busy months and back down afterwards.
Is there a contract?
No. It's month to month and you can cancel any time. Pay yearly and get two months free on Growth and Pro.
