Terms of Service (draft)

Last updated: October 26, 2026. These terms are between Live Experts LLC (“we”) and the business using Voxlivo AI (“you”).

The service

Voxlivo AI answers phone calls on your behalf with an AI virtual assistant, records and transcribes calls, books appointments, and sends you summaries. It is an assistant, not an emergency service, and it may make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing bookings and summaries and for the work you perform.

Your responsibilities

You must have the right to forward your phone line to us, give us accurate business information, and only ask us to quote prices you stand behind. You must comply with call-recording and telemarketing laws that apply to you. We will not make outbound calls or send text messages to your customers without your written approval.

Fees

Plans are billed monthly in advance, with any one-time setup fee shown on the plan, and extra minutes billed at the published per-minute rate. You can cancel at any time; the current month is not refunded.

Data

Your call data belongs to you. We keep it as described in the Privacy Policy and give you a copy on request.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for missed or mishandled calls, lost business, or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Changes and law

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the State where Live Experts LLC is registered. Contact: hello@voxlivoai.com.
