Why we built it
Small businesses live on the phone, but the people running them are usually busy doing the actual work. A plumber under a sink, a stylist mid-cut or an attorney in court can't answer. Callers who reach voicemail often don't leave a message. They call the next business.
Answering services fix that, but live receptionists cost more than many small businesses can justify. AI voice technology is now good enough to answer naturally, take accurate details and book appointments, at a price a one-truck operator can afford.
Who builds it
Voxlivo AI was founded by Waleed Ahmed, an engineer who builds AI voice agents and business automations. He built the receptionist, the booking system and the client portal himself, and he sets up each client's receptionist personally.
How we work
- Honest by design. Our receptionist always says it's a virtual assistant and that the call may be recorded.
- No made-up answers. It quotes only the prices you give it and offers a transfer when a question is outside the script.
- Safety first. Callers who mention a gas smell, fire or flooding are told to call 911 first.
- Done for you. We build, test and update your receptionist. You don't have to learn new software.
