Privacy Policy (draft)

Last updated: October 26, 2026. Voxlivo AI is operated by Live Experts LLC (“we”).

What we collect

When a business signs up, we collect its contact details, business information, and calendar access it chooses to grant. When someone calls a business that uses Voxlivo AI, we collect the call audio, a transcript, the caller's phone number, and the details the caller gives (such as name, address and the service needed). Callers are told at the start of every call that they are speaking with a virtual assistant and that the call may be recorded.

How we use it

To answer and route calls, book appointments, send call summaries to the business, bill the business, improve reliability, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the product: voice and speech processing (Vapi and its model providers), hosting and database (Supabase and our hosting provider), email (Resend), text messaging (Twilio), and Google for calendar access. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.

Google user data

If a business connects Google Calendar, we use the permission only to read availability and create, update or cancel appointments made through Voxlivo AI. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the service or as required by law. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Retention

Call recordings, transcripts and summaries are kept for the business for as long as it is a customer, and deleted within 90 days after the account closes unless the law requires longer. A business can ask us to delete specific calls at any time.

Your choices

Callers can ask the business that uses Voxlivo AI to delete their call data. Businesses can export or delete their data by contacting us. Contact: hello@voxlivoai.com.
